Trying to connect Toshiba (Windows) laptop to ECOSYS P5026cdw via wi-fi

The printer can be selected (in fact is the default printer) when trying to print from the laptop, but then there's a message that says "selected printer is not available or not installed correctly." Is there something special I need to do to connect? I just recently purchased the printer. Previously I had a Xerox ColorQube that connected without any problem. The new printer is connected to the network via Ethernet.
