Trying to print on canvas paper - Epson SC T3270

I am trying to print on canvas paper using the Epson SC T3270, but my prints are coming out looking terrible. Not only are there a bunch of lines through the image, but it's also way too pink!

I've tried many different quality settings, but nothing seems to be helping. I also fought with it for an hour just getting it to recognize the size of the roll.

Does anyone have any recommended settings?
