Unusual pattern on nozzle check print out epson 7890. Have done several normal cleans and one power

I don't have that exact printer but have had something similar in the past and the problem was a small hair stuck in the capping station wiper blade area once removed the problem was resolved.

I was thinking the same thing with the hair, do you have a cat?

You can try the printer cleaning sheets, also clean all the paper trays, and try printing another ink pattern. And find a way to control the per hairs, either keep the pet out of the room or keep the printer covered as much as possible when not in use.
