will not feed photo papper

hi can some one please please help me as my epson px810fw will not feed photo paper through, but will do normal paper.

You are possibly close to or exceeding the maximum paper weight. The only solvable possibility I can think of is that the feed rollers are a bit smooth, try cleaning them.

i have had the same problem with my t13 printer. do you hear creaking sound during the paper loading? if yes then you need to service your paper feeder roller, it means that the roller is worn out and needs replacement but i know a little trick that keep it from being replaced. if you are having the exact problem, pleases let me know and i will do a video of how i repair a paper feeder roller.
