Hello friends i need a help regarding the error code (C2557) i encountered with the photocopier Bizhub 250. I always get a 10.0 on my sensor gain. I keep on adjucting my ATDC sensor value but still getting 10.0 but nit the normal value of 3-5 to 7. Toner is new, Imaging unit as well as the developer is new. Cleaned the machine for any dirts and clogged pieces of papers.
