KM Bizhub C364e not printing

Hello

We've got a BH C364e which users can swipe into and select their jobs then print - but nothing coming out! The job then disappears.

We've tried consumables refresh, redeploying PCounter software to the device, various restarts but still not working.

Anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?
