Black Ink is not printing properly

Dear Everyone,

Is there anyone there can help me to solve my issues with my HP Desk jet 1515?

Sometimes the black ink has not been recognized by the printer
sometimes black ink is printing color gray (not clear)
and recently, the font/letters are cut.. please see attached file..

Hope you have got the solution for your printer HP Deskjet 1515.

If not just try using Scan doctor and HP support assistance software to get this verified and go through automated solution . If you do not get any specific solution feel free to reply me.

Downloaded HP Print & Scan Doctor but still, the print is the same.. the font/letters are cut..

Michelle: Be sure you are using OEM HP brand cartridge and ink (Very Important).
Try several print head cleanings

See pages 50 & 51 & 52 of your manual (Improving Print Quality)

See pages 65 & 66 (Cleaning Cartridge Electrical Contacts)

If your HP Printer isn't printing black and missing colours just follow these simple steps to clean your print heads under the tap as shown. ... To do this, you need to take out the printer head unit that holds the Ink Cartridges in the printer. This simply unclips from the printer.
