Brother HL-4150CDN paper jamming issue

I got a free laser printer Brother HL-4150CDN that is having some paper jamming issue. I am trying to fix it so that I could use it for myself. It seems like the paper is wrinkled very strangely and the machine can't seem to push the paper out. I'm attaching the shape of the folded paper and a video I take from the printer can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/m4H2N2C.

Any suggestions on how I could troubleshoot this?
