Hello,
I have purchased the Brother L6200dw printer a month back. Now I am facing problems with printing. It prints with right side of page lighter than left side of page, its laser has also been changed and drum was also replaced once, but still the problem is unresolved.
I have noticed some toner powder on the left side of cartridge.
When I contacted customer care he asked me to replace drum unit which costs alot. So can someone confirm that it is actually a problem of drum unit?
I have also used duplicate toner, so i suspect that it could be a fuser problem. But i can't confirm. So can somebody tell me any way to check if fuser is working fine?
