I have a Brother MFC 9560-CDW, and after a firmware upgrade attempt blew off in the middle of things, it won't print anything anymore. Computers on my network can see the printer, but anything sent to it just sits in the queue. It won't copy, it won't fax, it won't scan anything.
I went round and round with Brother, as it's out of warranty, and their tech support tried to help, but it looks like the firmware upgrade might have fried the board, and it might be too expensive (more than the printer itself is worth) to repair. Any ideas? Any advice?
