I've Windows 10 and a Brother MFC J995DW. It worked fine for a while, and still does on the hardwired computer. But for my wireless one I keep getting this "second" thing to print (the "preparatory job") below any print document sent to the queue, after which nothing at all prints.. After a while I get an "out of of paper" message in the queue. I've reinstalled the driver and repeatedly cleared the spooler, which have done nothing. Anyone have an idea on this problem? Thanks!
