Hello, with the Brother QL820NWB driver. When i setup the printer, i define the lable tape lenght and the lable tape feed in the control panel. The problem is that changes in the control panel will not take on in any programm.
I've found a workaround but for normal users it's unreasonable:
1. Set up two Brother QL820NWB printers and adjust Printing Preferences
a. If the printers are set up via a print server, the Printing Preferences have to be edited a little differently and then changed back to the previous settings.
2. In the respective program, select the Brother QL820NWB and press Preferences (the wrong values will then be displayed), close the settings and open the settings for the other Brother Ql820NWB
Point 1 must be done once per user and point 2 per registration.
