Canon mp620 won't grab paper

I have a Canon MP620 Pixma Series that is about 4 years old. I recently bought a new Macbook Pro that automatically downloaded the software for the printer but, now when I try to print, the rear rollers will not drop down and grab the paper. I can hear something spinning on the inside of the printer but, nothing is pulling the paper through.

On the other hand I can make copies just fine. It pulls the paper through every time. I also ran the cleaning mode in the printer settings and the rear wheels moved properly. Anybody have any ideas of what I should do next?
