two weeks ago the yellow color stoped printing at all so i did a nozzle check and head cleaning but yellow color didn't work. then i watched some videos on YouTube how to clean the head. i cleaned it with some alcohol then i started to print a nozzle check again but it was the same without yellow color.
so i started to print an image and at the middle of the printing process my printer turned off and never worked again.
I've been searching since two weeks and i tried every tip i found online (like clicking on home and switch-on buttons together, or leaving the printer 3 days without electricity connection and trying to connect it through cable to the laptop) but nothing worked
my daughter needs the printer for her school urgently and our damaged Epson printer is just 1,5 years old (out of warranty) it cosed me about 300$
