At random times my Workforce 7510 prints 11 x 17 off center from Illustrator CS5. The image starts 1.5" from the right edge and gets cut off at 1.5" from the left edge. I have tried restarting the printer and computer, choosing every imaginable printer setting, looking for software updates (I am evidently using the most recent) and nothing has helped. This only happens on 11 x 17 and only occasionally but mostly when I need it most!
At one point I was able to talk to an Epson tech support person who helped me but that was quite a while ago and we went through so many steps I can't remember what worked. I tried calling them today and the phone just rang and rang and no one picked up. Any help would be much appreciated!
