EPSON Workforce C-869r Network Folder Scan Error.

    Hi Epsoners,
    We had Epson Workforce C-869r Machine for about a 2 two years and i have been struggling to use the network scan folder feature. still did not found any solutions.

    Here are the steps i undertake:
    1. Created folder in C:/Epsonscans Drive
    2. Shared with permissions assigned
    3. created contact in printers panel, paste the dest. and typed username and password of the local machine.
    4. Choose FTP and entered the destination.
    5. selected Active mode
    6. and port 21
    then saved and tested but shows error " DNS Error, Check DNS setting"

    so in the DNS setting have done several trials;
    1. i assign the local iP getway as secondary and primary DNS, this didn't work.
    2. then tried Google dns servers (8.8.8.8 Primary and secondary 8.8.4.4) didn't work either.

    So Could any one help me to solve this DNS issue.
