ERROR MESSAGE: media type and paper size are not set correctly

I have a Canon Pixma MG2500. I'm trying to print a 5x7 photo on 8.5x11" photo paper and keep getting the error message: "media type and paper size are not set correctly". I have the paper type set to Glossy Photo, as Canon recommends for 5x7 photos. All I was told over at the Canon knowledge base was to search my device settings for an option that says "check for paper size" and uncheck it, but I couldn't find anything like that. Maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

My pc is an HP Compaq Elite 8300 USDT and it has Windows 10 .

Any thoughts?
