HP 4650 False error msg. 13.01.00

Hello fellow printer guru's,

Second posting on this same printer. I replaced the paper pick-up assembly roller, and had a crazy error msg. I re-installed it again, and now I have a printer error msg. of 13.01.00, which is "paper jam". But there isn't a paper jam. This is an error msg that was occuring constantly, prior to my replacing the pick up assembly.

I have no idea why this is still occuring. Any suggestions, ideas.... help! :(
