Ink Cartridge problem

    I have a HP Envy 5540 printer using Instant Ink. Lately, when I submit a document to print, I get the following message: INK CARTRIDGE PROBLEM REMOVE AND REINSTALL THE INDICATED INK CARTRIDGE, MAKING SURE IT IS CORRECTLY INSTALLED, THEN TOUCH OK. I follow those instructions, but to no avail. Usually if I remove the power cord for a little while, it prints properly, but after 3 or 4 documents, I have to go thru this procedure again. Any suggestions?
