Kioceria Minolta PDF print Account Track

I have three OS users in an office priting to a Kioceria Minolta Bizhub C654. They are using account track for users but the three Mac users cannot print pdf's. I can print Word and Web docs with no problem. Put their pin in and document prints.

Any help would be appreciated.
