MFC-J5330DW Black Ink not printing

This Printer works with all colors but Black and I have repeatedly attempted to unclog the print head with no success.
I also used Alcohol and Q-tips to clean the plug that connects to the Black Cartridge to the print head from the inside when tue Cartridge is removed and no success either.

Any ideas?
