NS Multi LG - service station issue

Hello,

I have a New solution Multi LG printer (2019) printing mainly on cardboard.

I'm having problems with getting connection back to the service station after cleaning.
I just took out all service stations and cleaned the ink tray in all of them.

After cleaning and re-installing them in the right order I keep on getting error

0x03410005 Service station lift motor 0 missing
and
0x03420005 Service station rotate motor 0 missing

It's a error on all of them ( motor 0-4)

anyone here with more knowledge about this than me and possibly can give me
any advice about how to get the service station and printer working again.
