Like the title states, the output tray of my Epson et-8500 used to come out automatically when i wanted to print something. But after the latest firmware update that isn't the case anymore. Even why I push the output tray button it just makes the noise but nothing happens. When I take it out manually and then push the button it does close again like always. So I was wondering if maybe the firmware update has something to do with it and if other people have the same issue?
