Photo copy will only print in green!

Hi I have a Lexmark X4650, ink cartridges are full and working but when I come to photocopying a black and white document it has started printing in green & white
I have cleaned the heads and run a test page which printed in black and white
Any suggestions please

Thank you Josh, yes you are correct I managed to sort it out myself eventually, such a simple thing but very frustrating when you don't have the answer.
