I have had my my Canon MG4250 for just over a year and up till now it has done everything that i asked of it , it prints ts OK but when i went to copy a document t yesterday all it does is to scan & eventually is to print a blank sheet of paper#
I have been onto canon help desk & even when i followed their instructions to the letter to result was the same , they did admit that they are at a loss as ro what is causing this malfunction
Help is needed , so does is their anyone who have any ideas about solving this
