Printer Help/Advice

Hi All

I am looking to purchase a few new printer for my company and need some advice on which ones to get.

I want them to work with SM - HP Universal Print Driver Series for Windows - overview and features

My understanding is that this will mean we can install one printer driver on all PCs, a free piece of software on the server - HP Access Control Printing Solutions - will allow us to then control who has which default printer, limit access to colour, enforce duplex printing to reduce paper usage and enforce secure printing via PIN input at the device.

My ideal solution would include
· Centralise printing on higher spec and higher speed machines
· Allow easy central management of printers, rules and security
· Improve print speeds for users
· Reduce use of Individuals printed due to the “I need to print secure documents” argument
· Increase document printing security
· Reduce paper usage by 20% in year one
· Reduce the number of different toners needed
· Increase purchasing power based on bulk purchase of same spec toners
· Retire and dispose of old hardware (Oldest Printers etc.)
· Reduce the need to assign printers in login scripts
· Improve everyone’s print experience

We only want to get HP printers!


Any advice is welcome and appreciated

Can you recommend top 3 laser/ inkjet printer that ranges from $70 - $120 in price?
