Printer output less than 100%

Anybody help me with page scaling? I have an MFC 9130CW and on print it leaves a small border around the page as it appears to only use 99% of the 8.5 x 11 paper. If I scale up the document will grow inside the border but the border still remains. I tried uploading a picture, apparently you have to post it to dropbox and provide a link. I've been digging through the user guide and going into the driver settings but so far still stuck printing at 99%. I shouldn't have to use a paper cutter on my documents to get rid of the border.
