Hi there,
I'm using a Canon G3000 and have recently run into an issue where the page will stop feeding the paper approximately 20cm from the bottom. The printer will keep on printing on the same spot. Once the print is complete I have to pull the paper out from the rollers as it's stuck. This occurs in the same spot with every print job.
As far as I can recall I haven't adjusted any settings that would cause this and regardless if I had it shouldn't be printing on the same spot without feeding.
Does anyone have any ideas/solutions?
