Printing problem with Word 2016

HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401de, Word 2016. I'm having trouble printing two-sided documents in Word 2016. It prints the first two sheets single-sided and remaining pages two-sided. In other words, the first sheet has printing on one side only and the others have printing on both sides. I updated the printer driver, but the problem persists.
