printing with white borders

i recently upgraded to w 11 23h2 and now my printer its printing with white borders and cutting off picture, hp deskjet 4100 all in one printer series,no option for borderlees printing,call hp but they say its on microsoft end.so im stuck try everything nothing works,need help
