I picked up this printer at the start of last year for Year 12. For the most part, it ran without any issues and i was quite impressed with how quick and easy it was to use.
One day however this changed when the documents printed were coming out faded. Rather then the entire page being faded, only certain pieces of the page would come out faded. In essence, each page goes from faded to fine from across the page (left to right). For the most part it goes from barely visible to perfectly fine.
At first I simply thought it was an toner problem so I purchased a new cartridge and replaced the old one, however the problem is still there. With uni starting up I'd like to get this issue figured out and solved.
If anyone knows what might be the problem then any help would be much appreciated.
