I have a very strange problem with my users who have HP elite 850 laptops only.
I have HP4540 printer installed on print server (windows 2008 x64), my users are using windows 7 ent x64 O/S on all laptops including Lenovo T series and HP elite 850. users on Lenovo laptops and desktops have no issues selecting the different bin output bin from printer driver properties->Preferences->output . My HP elite 850 users have only Automatically Select option available. we are using HP Color LaserJet CM4540 MFP PCL 6 (61.111.1.9108) Drivers.
Could somebody point me to the right direction. My HP 850 users want to use different bin for printing but they don't have option to select the bin.
would appreciate quick response, I am pulling my hairs now.
