Hello,
i have my ricoh 2014AD which has been working very well, today it just got stuck on initializing and can not go beyond that, what i noticed when i remove the LAN cable the printer is able to load very well and get ready for use, but as soon as you plug the LAN cable to freezes and get stuck in initializing and can not go beyond this until you remove the LAN cable again that's when it can be ready for use, the challenge i have my user print on LAN and it being ready without LAN is not of any use to me at the moment, has anyone come across this and fixed it?

try clearing the print queue
stop the print job that is being sent
on other ricohs you get an error code sc899 which is same symptoms

thanks for your response, all these has been done but still the printer is not able to get back to stable working state with LAN cable plugged in.
