A different client of mine bought 2 of the same units from a different vendor in Minnesota and is having a strange issue on both units.
Have you ever seen the fans on a Ricoh (SP C360SFNw) do a timed on and off pulse like this before? It happens like clock-work while the display is off after entering sleep mode.....and it's driving the office staff in the same room as the printer nuts.
All 3 fans on the left side of the printer turn on, run for about 10 seconds, and then off. Then wash rinse repeat.
