I've been bothered by my new printer stated above. Since I had the Brother printer, every twice or third time I scan the computer freezes, and the only way is to restart the computer. I've searched many forums and I haven't come across discussions about this issue. Brother support wasn't much help either. I suspect it could also be a software issue but I'm no expert.
Hopefully, someone has any ideas on how to fix my issue.
