I do a lot of photograph scanning and for several years I have been using an Epson Artisan printer/scanner. This was good to use. A couple of mouse clicks was all that was needed to send a scanned image to any folder on my computer. I could set a file number for the first image and all other images would be automatically numbered consecutively.
l recently bought an Epson XP-860 and I have no control where the scanned images go. (It's to a windows folder). The images are all tiny thumbnails as well. Does anyone know of a printer with a scanner that performs like the Artisan
