My wife was running a job on printer when a 13.20 paper jam occurred. Cleaned out paper in all pathways and now, when restarting (shutting all the panels), the machine pushes out 4 blank pages followed by a paper jam on the 5th with 13.20 indicated. Top page is usually half way out of the machine with another leaving the paper tray. All jobs have been canceled. Factory reset accomplished. ALWAYS 4 blank pages pushed out followed by jam on the 5th. Any thoughts? Why is it even pushing these pages out?? Paper tray 2. Thank you for whatever help you can provide.

It seems the problem is that the paper slides down when it should be picked up by the pick-up roller. Please check the paper guides in the paper tray. Be sure that it doesn't move easily and the guides should be firmly placed in the sides of the paper. Check also if there are broken parts. If there is, improvise something to prevent the guides from moving.
