Strange characters in Printer Preferences

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from 8.1, and now the characters in the Printer Preferences are strange, rather Chinese looking. I first experienced this when trying to print in Microsoft Office, but then realised it was happening in other programs like Notepad.

I have seen multiple posts like this, but no solutions have either worked or been posted

I have reinstalled Windows 10 today, reinstalled the printer multiple times, use the HP diagostics tools, with no success.


Any ideas, as this is driving me mad?!

If you are still using the same driver during windows 8.1, maybe you should download the latest driver for HP Photosmart B110a that is for Windows 10.
