Help for new member!! I have an Epson 3880 printer that has always worked like a charm. I'm trying to print a 16"x 24" image on a 17"x 25" Epson Luster paper. It is only printing the lower half of the image. I've got the printer settings set at:
Ultra Premium Photo Paper Luster
color
quality
custom (no color adjustment)
sheet
user defined 17"x25"

In Photoshop I've got it set at:
Photoshop manage colors
Epson Stylus Pro 3880_3885_3890 PremiumLusterPhotoPaper
Normal Printing
Center
Scale: 100% 16x24

It shows the full image in the preview box on the setup page in Photoshop but the printer will only print the lower half of the image. If I set it at speed in the printer settings it will print the whole image. This used to happen on the old Epson 3800 printer I had but I don't recall it happening on this 3880. I got it straightened out but It's been so long ago I can't remember what I did to correct it.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do?
Thanks,
Linda

Never mind, I got it to print correctly. Placed another sheet of 17x22 paper behind it to give it support and made sure that the curl from the roll was flattened. Live and learn.
