Hello,
For some reason my Brother MFC 8710DW won't print from a web page. However, if I save the page or document to a pdf on my computer, it will print from the pdf.
It used to work fine but for the last several weeks or so, I can't print from any web page.
It doesn't give any errors at all. After I hit the print button, it looks/acts as if it's going to print but nothing happens, And then if I look at the "see what's printing" button, it's empty.
When I trouble shoot it through the "troubleshoot" button, it say's it couldn't identify any problem.
It also says that the drivers are all up to date.
The printer is connected to my computer via USB cable.
I've unplugged it all, rebooted, yelled but to no avail. :-(
Can someone smarter than me tell me what might be my issue?
