Hi there,
I have a Brother DCP - L2500D Multi function device. It's connected to my computer (Windows 7) via USB. It prints perfectly but will not scan to the computer. I've tried re-installing the drivers several times, and tried scanning from both the printer menu option and the computer, but it will not work. It says that it cannot find the device (although it prints OK). I've had this device a while but have never really needed to scan, just used it for hi volume printing as there was another machine in the house that would scan OK. That machine is now gone and I need this one to work! Any clues?
