My printer has started printing mostly blue instead of black for a page that is all black. If I print a PDF form, the added text all prints black and 95% of the form prints blue. If I change the print options to "Greyscale" instead of color, it prints all black. It appears to be a program issue rather than a printer issue. How do I fix this?
