we install printers at undertakers who print on custom sized paper from our software. We just switched from OKI to Ricoh printers, since OKI discontinued the printers we were using before.
With Oki, I had the ability to copy the custom paper sizes from one pc to another. I just had to copy the c:/programdata/okidata map and had them all. With Ricoh however, I cannot find an ini or dat file that contains these custom formats. Does anyone know where to find that file?
