The priner was working fine with my previous tcp router - we have just had a new Virgin Media Hitron router installed and the printer does not want to connect.
I have tried the push button way many times - but it just times out.
I have then configured the network via smart organising monitor - it shows that the printer can see the network and singal strength is over 80% but it still does not connect.
Also it is not being assigned a IP by the router.
Any help would be appreciated
