I have a Brother HL2030 and work with compatible toners. Last week I bought a new toner.
After 500 prints the right margin of my pages was blurred (attachment).
I contacted the seller, who said this was due to the drum. My drum however is only 1000 pages old.
Moreover, I did a check with my old toner. This toner is almost empty, though the margins are printed perfectly (for the moment I re-entered my old toner in the printer).
I sent the toner back to seller; he says he has tested it on his printer, where it worked just fine.
Is the seller fooling me or is there a problem (toner? drum? toner/drum combination?)
